Aluminum castings for automotive, two-wheeler, and electric vehicle applications.
Engine crankcases, CVT transmission covers, timing covers, valve covers, and battery enclosures are developed in accordance with the APQP process and have achieved PPAP certification. We are IATF 16949 certified.
Products we manufacture for this industry
Components we have supplied:
Engine crankcase halves
Scooter crankcase and CVT transmission covers
Engine timing covers
Valve cover assemblies
Spoilers and decorative covers
Battery enclosure halves
Heat sinks for voltage regulator and rectifier assemblies
Processes and Alloys
High-Pressure Die Casting (HPDC)—using alloys such as ADC12, LM24, and ADC10—is employed for components like crankcases, covers, and housings, produced on machines with a capacity of up to 1,250 tons. Gravity die casting is used for thicker parts, such as timing covers and brackets.
While mass production of automotive components is an attractive sector, it is also highly competitive and involves complex approval processes. We specialize in parts where precision machining, rigorous documentation, and consistent quality are just as critical as the unit price.

Process flow, PFMEA, and pre-production control plans; AIAG PPAP Level 3 is the default standard.
Quality Systems
ISO 9001:2015 certified. IATF 16949 certified. If your project requires IATF certification, please inform us of your scheduled production start date.
Porosity in Machined Areas
Quality in machined areas is verified through resistance melting, rotary degassing (including density index checks), and in-house X-ray inspection.
EV Housings and Enclosures
Battery enclosures, robotic housings, and EV components are key growth areas for us. Please reach out to us during the early stages of your project.
