How we protect it
Quality, export & packaging
100% visual inspection is conducted at every stage, and critical dimensions are verified through 100% pneumatic measurement. The company holds ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 certifications and maintains full batch traceability from the melting process through to final shipment. Packaging complies with export standards.

Export & dispatch
Packed properly, shipped worldwide
Manufacturing is only half the job. Components have to arrive in the same condition they left in.
Export-ready manufacturing
We hold an export licence, and our processes, documentation and logistics are aligned to serve international customers as readily as domestic ones.
Valid export licence in place
Export-standard packaging as default for overseas orders
Documentation prepared to customer and destination requirements
Works with your freight forwarder, or we can arrange shipping
Packaging with a lighter footprint
Packaging is engineered to the component, not just wrapped around it, protecting the part while cutting unnecessary material.
Perforated box packaging that reduces material use
Lower packaging weight means lower transport emissions
Component-specific packing to prevent handling damage
Pre-dispatch packing audit on every shipment
Reduced carbon footprint

Quality
Certified, and checked at every stage
Our quality system covers incoming material, in-process checks and final inspection before any part is packed, with 100% visual inspection at every stage rather than sampling.

Traceability: every batch accounted for
Our traceability and process controls are built so that every batch is accounted for and every process change is documented. That discipline carries into every component we cast, whatever the industry.
100% visual inspection at every stage of production
100% critical dimension checks using air gauging
Spectrometer chemical analysis of every alloy batch
Porosity control by mobile rotary degasser and density index meter
X-ray testing in-house
Leak testing arranged on demand through a specialist partner
CMM inspection arranged on demand when required
Dimensional & geometrical checks at 20 °C (68 °F) reference temperature
First article inspection (FAI) on every new tool
Measured at 20 °C (68 °F)
All dimensional and geometrical measurement, covering size, tolerances, physical length and form, is carried out at the industry-standard reference temperature of 20 °C (68 °F), so results are comparable and repeatable against your drawing.
