Foundry Infrastructure

Die Casting and CNC Machining

Operating automated cold-chamber machines from 80T to 1250T alongside dedicated gravity tilt cells and multi-axis CNC centers for series electromechanical parts.

Core Manufacturing Lines

Three In-House Production Methods

High Pressure Die Casting

Cold-Chamber Cells 80T–1250T

Automated vacuum-assisted injection handles thin-wall sections down to 1.2mm in ADC12, A380, and AlSi9Cu3 alloys with automatic ladle dosage and robotic part extractors.

Gravity Die Casting

Permanent Mold Tilt Casting

Controlled hydraulic tilting yields dense, gas-tight castings up to 25kg in A356 and AlSi7Mg0.3 for hydraulic bodies, compressor heads, and pressure-critical housings.

Precision Machining

Multi-Axis CNC Finishing

Horizontal and vertical 4-axis machining centers hold bearing bores to ISO 2768-mK tolerances, completing sealing face milling, deep drilling, and thread tapping in one fixture.

Engineering reviews draft angles, parting lines, and thermal fill simulations using customer 3D STEP models within 24 hours of submission.

Hardened H13 and Dievar tool steel cavities machined using high-speed CNC milling and wire EDM to preserve critical parting geometries.

Initial foundry shot trials verify metal velocity, gate cutoff, and shrinkage behavior to dial in shot sleeve parameters before batch approval.

Full dimensional coordinate measurement reports, X-ray porosity scans, and pressure-decay leak tests confirm print tolerances prior to shipping.
