Aluminum Housings and Heat Sinks for Lighting and Thermal Management
Housings, fixture frames, end caps, and heat sinks for LED high-bay lights and floodlights—supplied through our long-term post-processing partners—are available with casting, machining, or powder-coating finishes.
What we make for this industry
Components we already supply
LED high-bay housings
Floodlight and pole light housings
Luminaire frames and domed covers
End caps
LED driver heat sink plates
Rectifier heat sinks
Processes and Alloys
We utilize the High-Pressure Die Casting (HPDC) process, working with alloys such as ADC12, LM6, and LM24. Our equipment ranges in capacity from 280 to 9,000 tons, depending on the dimensions of the housing.
Orders for lighting fixture housings are steady and consistent. Furthermore, thanks to our in-house painting capabilities, we typically provide quotes for finished parts rather than raw castings.

What buyers in this industry ask for
Requirements, and how we meet them
Thin and Deep Cooling Fins
High-Pressure Die Casting (HPDC) enables wall thicknesses as thin as 1.2 mm. During the Design for Manufacturing (DFM) phase, draft angles and fin spacing are evaluated to ensure optimal mold longevity.
Thermal Performance
Alloy grades (such as ADC12 or LM6) are selected during the quotation stage to strike the right balance between castability and thermal conductivity.
Outdoor-Grade Surface Finishing
Powder coating is provided through long-term partners, ensuring that the enclosures are delivered as finished, ready-to-use components.
Sealing Surfaces Compliant with IP Rating Requirements
The flatness of sealing surfaces is strictly controlled; secondary machining is performed if specified in the technical drawings.
