Aluminum Castings for Industrial Machinery
We supply a wide range of housings, covers, bearing blocks, brackets, and levers to machinery manufacturers, including those in the agricultural, textile, and construction equipment sectors. Larger components can be produced using our die-casting machines or through the gravity die-casting process.
What we make for this industry
Components we already supply
Gearbox and drive housings
Bearing pillow blocks
Support plates and brackets
Clevis levers and handles
Manifolds and pipes
Tool pockets, knobs and frames
Process and alloys
Gravity die casting (LM25, LM6, LM4) for structural parts; HPDC (ADC12, LM24) for covers, trays and housings at volume.
Machine builders buy fewer, heavier and more highly machined parts, with long product lives. Value per part is higher and supplier changes are rare once a part is approved.

What buyers in this industry ask for
Requirements, and how we meet them
Bore Concentricity and Flatness
In-house machining ensures that both the bore and the end face are processed in a single setup. Critical dimensions are verified in a temperature-controlled environment at 20°C.
Load-Bearing Structural Components
Thicker structural components are produced via gravity casting, with every batch of molten metal undergoing grain refinement and modification treatment.
Large, Flat Components
Equipped with high-pressure die casting (HPDC) machinery capable of producing parts with large projected areas; also features 10-ton and 50-ton overhead cranes for mold handling.
Small-to-Medium Batch Production
Gravity casting molds are more cost-effective than those used for high-pressure die casting, making them an ideal choice for production runs in the range of hundreds of units—as opposed to hundreds of thousands.
