As the manufacturing sector accelerates its transformation and upgrading, companies are placing an increasingly high premium on quality. Consequently, industrial X-ray inspection equipment is now widely used in manufacturing to detect internal defects in industrial components. In the die-casting industry, for example, X-ray inspection can identify flaws such as cracks, porosity, and shrinkage cavities. This ensures product quality prior to shipment and provides data-driven insights that help companies refine and improve their production processes.

The operating principle of X-ray inspection equipment is as follows: an X-ray source emits X-rays that irradiate the object under inspection. As the rays penetrate the workpiece, a detector captures the varying intensities of the transmitted radiation to generate an image. Software then analyzes the resulting image data to identify defects, presenting the findings in a visual and textual format. The entire process is managed automatically by a control system. Key components of the equipment include the X-ray source, the detection unit, and the protective enclosure, which also incorporates necessary X-ray shielding.

Acceptance Criteria
1. Area Definition:
The blue area is the assembly functional zone; all other areas are non-functional zones.
2. Area Classification:
The blue processing zone meets the ASTM E155 Level 1 standard, while other areas meet the ASTM E155 Level 3 standard.
3. Inspection Frequency: 100%
4. Each classification is determined based on an area measuring 2 inches by 2 inches (51 mm by 51 mm).
